Margins on top and bottom is missing RRS feed

  • Question

  • The margins on top and bottom of each page is missing. It is not possible to move the ruler to create a margin. And when I try to change the margin to different sizes in the page setup group, there is no change. There is supposed to be margins at 2,5 cm/1 inch on top, bottom, left and right. But I have only on left and right.

  • Solution 1:

Move the mouse pointer to the top of a page, until the mouse pointer changes to a box with up- and down-pointing arrows. Then double-click.

    Solution 2:

Click the Office button, then Word Options (Word 2007), or the File tab of the ribbon, then Options (Word 2010).

    Click Display.

Tick the check box "Display white space between pages in Print Layout View.

    Click OK.
