    i have HP All In 1 using windows 10. It recently lost ANY reference of Blue Tooth any where including settings , drivers and device manager.

    Reinstall Bluetooth driver and related application from the support site of the manufacturer.

    Please run Bluetooth troubleshooter from Control Panel > Troubleshooting > View all. Let us know if this helps.

    Hi Edd,

    Download Bluetooth driver form manufacturer website.

    https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

    Go to Device Manger to uninstall current Bluetooth device, reboot computer and install downloaded HP driver.
