    Hi - I accidentally deleted the information from "Add to Web Page" now the Task options are greyed out, blank, and I am unable to edit any of my task.

    please see screenshot and help me. 

    I also tried to create a new project and was unable to edit or add a task.

    Hello,

    Please confirm what you have deleted from where? Is this the Details web part from the schedule Project Detail Page? If so, access that page and click Page > Edit Page then click the Add a web part section. In the categories section, scroll down the Project Web App and click that folder then in the Parts section click Details and click Add. Then click Stop Editing.
