I try to use startup repair and this message pops up, any ideas?

I have used Startup Repair several times, and this is the furthest progress. I cannot send this information via the Vista Home Premium computer that is affected because I am using the manufacturer re-install DVD to open OS X:\Administrator -- at OS boot, there is no logon screen, only a KSOD and a cursor. No hotkeys work, meaning they don't pull up visible windows. I have most recently been using USB hubs, and hibernating a lot more than shutting down.
