  • My lSATAP Adapters #2 & 3 are not working.  It states, device is not working properly because windows cannot load the drivers, code 31.  Also my microsoft downloader will not download my music from music store.  please help!

    Thank you for your post.

     

    As I know, the lSATAP Adapter actually is a virtual device which does some conversions between IPv6 and IPv4. Please also refer to the following Knowledge Base:

     

    On a Windows Vista-based computer or on a Windows Server 2008-based computer, the Microsoft ISATAP adapter appears with a yellow exclamation mark next to it in Device Manager, and you also receive an error message

    Regarding the issue that Microsoft downloader failed to download the music, may I know if there are any error message appeared?

     

    At this time, please also try to reset Internet Explorer settings referring to the following Knowledge Base and check if the issue can be resolved.
