SLA Breached - How can we send different notifications based on different criterias? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have seen the question in different places but not yet seen any solution to this:

I have multiple SLO that applies to different queues.

When creating a subscription to notify (mail) people based on the warning / breached criteria (ie. from "not warning" to "warning") of the "service level instance time information" object no other criterias can be used. No queues cannot be chosen either since they are of incident class and not "service level instance time information".

How can we accomplish different notifcations for different SLA so this does not becomes a generic subscription.

    Kind Regards,

    Ezequiel Osorio

  • Ezequiel,

Have you tried just using the default Incident class and expanding down to Work Item has Service Level Instance Information which then gives you the property of "Status" and therefore allows you access to all the other criteria you could want?

This would save you having to look for a change in criteria too?

    As below:
