ADR for Software updates RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I have created a new ADR with the following conditions.

Custom Severity: Critical or Important or Low or Moderate

    Date released/revised : last 1 month

Update classification: Critical or Feature packs or Security or service pack or updates or update rollups or Tools

    Title: -Itanium or IA64

I created a rule like each time the software update group created when rule is run. But it doesn't downloads any new updates post the rule is run. Not created a new software update group. However the other ADR is working fine which downloaded patches and deployed it to appropriate collection.

    PFB the ruleengine.log

I have googled for this issue but not find any solution.

Please help me to address this.

    Thanks,

    Vijay

  • "Custom Severity: Critical or Important or Low or Moderate"

Are you setting custom severities on all of your updates? If not, they are all "None" and thus what you've specified doesn't (and shouldn't) match anything because of this.

  • "Custom Severity: Critical or Important or Low or Moderate"

Are you setting custom severities on all of your updates? If not, they are all "None" and thus what you've specified doesn't (and shouldn't) match anything because of this.
