It shows every tme when I start my computer under Window Vista Ulimate 32x that caused ReadyBoost stop working..

I think it has to do with Media of those memory card that cause this problem but i wasn't sure if that is the problem. Every time when I started the computer, it changed Theme display by itself between Modified Theme and Window Vista. I checked Services under System and Maintenance, and it said that ReadyBoost Stopped and it's not running. I hope someone can help me out with this problem! thanks!
