Outlook 365 always gets stuck at Processing Window. RRS feed

  • Hello All,

    We have been facing Issues with our Outlook 365 application, as for some users it always gets stuck at "Processing" window. as a workaround we have been starting it in safe mode> closing the application and then re-launching it in normal mode, but we found that this issue comes back after a few days, and this is quite annoying for our end users, has anyone found a permanent fix for this issue, any help is appreciated.

  • Hi Anil,

    What's detailed version number of Microsoft Outlook you are using currently? Please first make sure that you have installed the latest updates for your programs and then see whether this issue will happen again.

    It looks like that this issue happens to certain users, correct? Have you tried creating a new mail profile for one of the users and then see whether this issue will come back again?

    We have tried to rebuild outlook profile but that does not,  Outlook version is 16.0.7766.2092.

    It seems something keep corrupting the configuration that safe mode fixed during a few days. Do you have any third-party add-ins installed in Outlook? If so, we may try to disable these add-ins and then see whether this issue will happen again.

    Besides, if you have any anti-virus program installed, please also contact the support of the anti-virus program and try to disable its integration in Outlook. After that, see whether this issue persists.
