Manage content databases, select the mysite web app, click add content database, then specify the information for the new server is the gist of it. See here for detailed directions:

- Make mysite web application DB read only.
- backup DB & restore to other server.
- change content DB for web application from old DB to new DB server

cool. How to you do the last part? "change content DB for web application from old DB to new DB server". I meant what is the powershell command. Is it the move-spsite powershell command?
