Lync status In conference and forward calls to voice mail or status in call? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

When a user has status Busy,is it possible to redirect Calls to voice mail or disable ringing?

Or change status when in a Call to do not disturb rather  than busy?

    thanks.

  • Without doing some sort of custom programming work the client will always go to busy and In a Conference Call.  It would be up to the end user to change their status from that state to DND in order for it to work.  I did some searching around and I didn't find anyone who had a free tool that does this already.

If the goal is to avoid phone calls when already on the phone there are some busy on busy tools that might help:

  • You can post a question on MSDN forum and to verify if the feature can be developed. Thank you for your understanding.
