Possible to get an export or list of who has hosted meeting RRS feed

  • Question

  • Good Morning,

I have been tasked with seeing if there is a way to generate a report of who has hosted a Skype meeting over the past few months.  Skype meetings are sent out as part of an Outlook invite.

Is there some sort of script or command that can be run in the Skype powershell to get this information

    Thank You

  • Thanks for your response.

By default, the user activity report will only show 1000 rows, it is by design.

You can try to provide feedback with the following link

Product group will pick up the information and improve our product.

  • Hi,

You can check Conference Detail Report in Skype for Business Server 2015, in this report, you can check the meeting start time, end time and meeting organizer, for details, please refer to
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/manage/health-and-monitoring/detail-report

The Monitoring Reports provide at least two different ways to export the data included in a report. You can use the Export option in the toolbar that appears at the top of each report. To use this option, select the desired export format from the Select a format drop-down list. The following formats are available to you:
    XML file with report data
    CSV (comma delimited)
    Acrobat (PDF) file
    MHTML (web archive)
    Excel
    TIFF file
    Word

    For details, please refer to

  • Sorry, for the delayed response. Been jammed up.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I am looking the User Activity report and no matter the date range, it always only gives me 1000 results.  Is there a way to change that Result size to increase it or change it to Unlimited.

Thanks again. even getting a week's worth of data will be helpful.
