CSV file to AD initial provision with Unique Email address RRS feed

  • Question

  • I would like to provision the following csv file; | ParentID,Lastname,Firstname,home_email,enabled_flag(y/n) | to AD and the portal whilst providing the following;

    1. Flow the 4 values provided in the csv file to AD

    2. Build a 5th unique value, email; firstname.+ lastname. + # + @ mydomain.net

    3. Update AD and the portal with daily changes from the csv file.

    4. Disable and move parents into a disabled ou when the enabled_flag is set to n.

    Thank You!

  • Arend-

    You can use the generate unique values activity in the MIMWAL to create your unique email/username value.

    Thanks,

  • Hi

    This is a quite basic scenario.

    First you need to create a import sync rule for importing values to metaverse from CSV. Then you need to create a rule for exporting those values to AD.
