    I have requested 2 Microsoft 2012 R2 data center licenses ,I have question if is including any support from with this license ?

  • Depends on whether you have a SA (Software Assurance) or not.

    1. If you don't have SA - it will be standard support

    2. If you have SA - 24x7 Problem Resolution Support: Includes around-the-clock phone support for business critical issues, or business hours phone support for non-critical issues. In addition, unlimited email support

  • Did you mean that, if you are eligible for Microsoft support for Purchasing of these two licenses ? What sort of support are you seeking for ?

  • With Datacenter License you usually get 2 sockets licensed including unlimited number of VMs running on the host. License assumes 24x7 Problem Resolution Support: Includes around-the-clock phone support for business critical issues, or business hours phone support for non-critical issues. In addition, unlimited email support is available for non-critical problems.
