I understand Web Pro will work on a Mac if it can run IE.  Will Desktop Pro 6.3 work on a Mac os?

    thanks,

  • Hi Chris.

Not sure where you received your info, but Web Professional will not work on a Mac.  The application is COM based and needs to be able to do a windows install on the client machine.  This isn't going to happen on a Mac.  Also, Web Professional and Desktop Professional are essentially the same exact application.  The only difference is that Web Pro runs in an IE window, and Desktop Pro is a stand alone application.  Meaning, Desktop Pro will not work on a Mac either.

Either way, the only way you could use either on a Mac is if you were running a type of Windows OS emulation software.
