Hello. I have a user with Windows Vista Business Service Pack 2, 32-bit who is experiencing an abnormally high Physical Memory usage when idle (Usually 65%+). The CPU usage also usually spikes to 100% when opening programs such as Internet Explorer or
Outlook and the system has 4 GB of RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo CPU @2.20GHz. I've already done malware scans with Malwarebytes, virus scans, and spyware scans but it came up clean.
For some reason I feel it is because of Trend Micro but I can't be sure. If you want a HijackThis log, I can provide one, just let me know. Thank you for any help you can provide.
