ASP .NET for Vista RRS feed

    Hi
    I want to learn ASP .Net. I got a book that had a CD with codes etc. But the CD does not work on my computer which has Vista OS. It would however work on Windows. Does this mean that I need to install something so as to get me going with creating and working with .Net or I cannot do anything with this computer ?

    Try to ask on ASP.NET forums: http://forums.asp.net/ If you have trouble with VS 2010 Beta1, then you can use http://forums.asp.net/1206.aspx

    I am pretty sure that it will work on Vista, I am just not experienced with the setup. ASP.NET forums should be able to help you.
    It would be good if you can provide them more info - how did you install IIS/ASP.NET and what exactly doesn't work.
