    We are reciving an error repeatedly on the windows server 2003: "Internet Server NT Service encountered a problem and needed to close."

    Internet Server NT Service belongs to Dell OpenManager Server Administrator (OMSA).  As the service is crashing rather than just stopping, the install may be corrupt. I suggest logging in as the Administrator and uninstalling OMSA, then do a fresh install.


    I suggest ask in Dell support forum.
