    I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise on my office.  It was licensed and was working all fine.  Suddenly few days ago it has started showing message on desktop 'This copy of windows is not genuine' . I have contacted the venders and he says my license key has been stolen by trojan virus.  Can anyone help me on this? how to resolve this issue please

    If an OEM key then the vendor, by agreement with microsoft, is obligated to provide support. If a retail license I'd contact microsoft here.

     If the server is compromised I suppose to be safe I'd clean install it.

    Open Run, type “slui 4” end with enter to bring up the phone dialog boxes for activation
