  •

How does "Sort by Name" get set to default? While in WinEx, I've tried holding Ctrl while selecting View, "Sort by; Name", then holding Ctrl while Xing out of WinEx. Please advise.

Here is another site that has some good information.

  • Thanks for your help. The answer to apply "Sort by Name" in WinEx was to select "View", "Customize This Folder", "Customize tab", then change the folder template to "All Items". If you have sub-folders you wish to apply the same customization to, check the "Also apply this template to all subfolders".
