    the receive connector is not sending mails to users again and it was working perfectly before

    First, we need to confirm if the messages arrived there. So, please check Protocol logging.

    Hi Mahnudjibril,

    Need more info, receive connectors are used by the server to receive emails from different clients. What exactly is the issue?
