SfB - Can not accept call when outside of office

Question
-
Hi Guys.
If i am doing homeoffice i am not able to accept calls to my SIP Phonenumber. It is not possible for me to accept incoming calls from Internal Clients and not from numbers from outside.
I get the message to accept the call and i can click on it but it will not open the call...
on Caller-side it seems to ring still.
What i found out is that i can DO CALLS but i can not accept calls.
the same thing for Messages....if someone wants to message me he got the message that the message was not send, but i got the message with a delaay of couple of seconds/minutes.
We checked all Ports from the SfB List. All ports are correct.
All Functions works well if i am in the OFFICE if i am outside the office i can only START CALLS but i can not ACCEPT calls.

Do you use a VPN to connect to your office or without vpn?
You should check your Edge configuration, it looks like a problem with the communication to your Edge server from external. Maybe firewall/routing problem?

Off course it should work without vpn.
Looks like something on your Edge configuration is wrong. You can check a little bit mor with the remote analyzer tool

OK We opened the Firewall completly for the EDGE but the problem is still happening so there is no issue with the firewall or the NAT but its a CONFIGURATION ISSUE...any idea?Wednesday, August 31, 2016 12:48 PM
