  • Hi,

As far as I know, Language bar can be configured using registry entry.

    1. Add/New String Value, Name as “2”, Data as language coding, such as ”00000409” is for English:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Keyboard Layout\Preload\

Note, you can check current language coding via sub-registry entry name which is located at “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\CTF\Assemblies\”.

    2. Log off and re-log on the system to apply the registry change.

    3. ShowStatus registry entry will control the Language Bar status:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\CTF\LangBar\

    Note:
value 0 - floating on desktop
value 4 - docked on the taskbar
    value 3 – hidden

Please back up registry firstly before any change. also, have a test on specific client locally, make sure that above change will meet your requirement. Then, using GP to apply these change to domain clients.
