As Sukh said you need to add X500 address to fix this issue.
Here are the links which can help you to understand what needs to be added

Hi
I'm a bit confused here;
Some users have the Email Address entries for x400 , e.g. C=GB;A= ;P=DOMAIN;O=Exchange;S=UserObject;
but any new mailboxes created on Exchange do not have x400.
Also, what is the difference between X500 and X400
Do I need to add X500 for every user in the organisation?
thanks

X.400 - You don't need this if you're just using Exchange as your mail system.
Check your EAP, it's probably not included in there which is the default.
Not for evey user, in this case for the user who had the issue.
