Hi Liu,
According to my research, you can disable BCC on Outlook via GPO. Please follow the steps below to achieve your needs:
- Close your Outlook client.
- Please make sure you have downloaded Office 2013 Administrative Template files (ADMX/ADML)
- Press Win + R to open Run window, type "gpedit.msc", press Enter to open Group Policy Editor.
- Browse to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Microsoft Outlook 2016/2019 > Disable Items in User Interface > Custom.
- Double click on "Disable command bar buttons and menu items"
- In the opened window, select "Enable" > Under "Options", there is "Enter a command bar ID to disable", click "Show" button beside, Enter "1860" under "Value".
- Click OK > Apply > OK.
- Wait a minutes then restart your Outlook client. The BCC button should be disabled.
Hope this can be helpful.Regards,
Aidan Wang
