MAP Toolkit 9.1 - Unable to delete database RRS feed

  • Question

  • We tried to restore a MAP toolkit database backup to another MAP toolkit instance.

The restore fails, however the database is in a kind a limbo state.

We see it, but can't manipulate or delete it from the (localdb) instance.

    Anybody a solution to this?

    Thanks!

  • The database may be corrupted and unrecoverable. If you can't delete it through the MAP tool, you can find the mdf file in %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server Local DB\Instances\MAPToolkit

  • It's not entirely solved. It's possible to delete the files related to the database, however it remains listed. Am I missing something?

    Cheers.
