Windows Media Centre will not recognise tv card

Help! My UTV330 USB TV BOX is not recognized by windows media center (vista).But Device Manager shows that the device is working properly.
Now I dont Know HOW TO USE MY TV CARD?

Have you checkted the hardware compatability list (HCL) ??
