    I downloaded the free trial of office but I cannot access any of the programs.  They look like a sheet of paper instead of the actual word and excel documents please help.

    I am not much clear the desciption of the sentence "look like a sheet of paper instead of the actual word and excel documents " Could you detail it or better to capture a screenshot and post here.
