Advanced Threat Analytics - Single Sign-On not working RRS feed

  • Question

  • How do I get Advanced Threat Analytics to use single sign-on so I dont have to login to access ATA?  I'm using Windows 10/Microsoft Edge.

  • If the Center is domain joined and you are working with the latest version it should work OOTB.

  • It is domain joined and it appears to be running the latest version.  Might there be a security setting on Windows 10/Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer that prevents single sign-on?

  • The user credentials you are entering manually to the console are the same as the logged on user session in windows?

Only thing I can think of that there is a policy mismatch between the center and the workstation.

You should get a network trace during the browsing to see what is going on and why the authentication  failed.
