overload resource indicator in the PWA (the red man icon?) RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

where can I find in the PWA somthing similar to the red man icon (a filed or anything) that will show if the resource is overloaded. I would like to add it to the detailed project view in the project center.

    Thanks,

    Hanni

  • Hi Resource Leveling feature is part of Project professional and you won't find the Icon/field in PWA,

but alternatively create a custom task level enterprise custom field get the overloading value from Resource Column "Overallocated", now for representation (Value to display) choose Graphical indicators, and you can have similar icon added on server to represent the red man for that column, now add the column to relevant view

  • Hi,

I see that both tasks and resources have overallocated fields. How can I create a task level custom field to get the value from resource overallocated field to create a ?

I want to see a red indicator against each task where the resources are overallocated as we see in the project professional (Want this indicator in Tasks Summary view)

    Thanks
