What is the best way to capture offline computers that failed the MAP inventory scan? Currently running MAP v.9.

You can check inventory status messages in your "Inventory Results Report" (under Environment->double click on Inventory Results box) :

Depends what you can do internally.
If you are able to bring the devices online you can just run a re-scan and the new devices will simply be added to the pile. In other situations you might not be able to reach devices via MAP and then you have to either use SCCM or a similar agent based tool to collect info or if no other choice was left collect inventory information manually.Friday, June 24, 2016 12:41 PM -
