ATA alert's "export to excel" function not updating to current date. RRS feed

  • We implemented ATA beginning on 3/15/2016 with two Gateways and one Central Server.  We've discovered that a few servers that are doing LDAP simple bind, which we've resolved by enabling LDAPS.  We have a server that's waiting on the Vendor to provide a patch, so this single server continues to alert periodically. 

    In the ATA error alert, "services exposing account credentials", the "export" function appears to have stopped updating the export.   The web-view shows current events (4/1/16), but the "export to excel" stops at 3/23/2016 in repeated attempts. The similar error (& cause), "sensitive account credentials exposed", is working correctly in its exports.  The system reports "Hooray, system is health!"  Servers have been rebooted, Webpages refreshed, services restarted, etc...  

    Any ideas?

  • I have also noticed this.  I believe it only exports the first 10.000 entries, starting with the oldest.  I have not seen a way to increase or start from most recent.
