Spontaneous Reboot - blue screen RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a brand new packard bell laptop. Before taking it back to the store i wondered if the random reboots are fixable to save me the hassle of changing computers. Or if they are caused by me and maybe the shop won't take it. I have pasted the event properties for anyone who understands the codes as i do not. Help much appreciated!
