How can I import PST file into Gmail Account without MS Outlook?

Hi Grace,
PST and OST are both the files where Outlook store it's emails in. So if you'd like to import PST file to gmail account, the best way is to configure your gmail account on the Outlook and import the PST file.
In addition, there may be some tools can help you achieve it but there will be risks.
