1.Try to reset Windows Store Cache.
Open Run dialog, type WSReset.exe and press Enter.
2.In the administrative Windows PowerShell window, type following command and hit Enter key then:
Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
3.Create a new account.
