    Hi Kumardadure,

    1. What is the version of your WSUS server?

    2. Event 10032 is a general error for failed download, could you find event 364 around event 10032, event 364 can indicate the reason of the failure;

    3. Where do you download the update, Microsoft Update or upstream WSUS server? Is the network connection well?

    4. If your WSUS server's version isn't latest, for WSUS 3.0SP2, please install KB2938066 to upgrade to version 3.2.7600.274; for WSUS 4.0, please install KB3095113 and KB3159706(with manual steps);

    5. Do you configure SSL for WSUS?
