Which options need to be checked in the Logging Tool when trying to troubleshoot response groups & queues RRS feed

  • Im trying to figure out why a call thats supposed to get transferred to a sip address is disconnected.  Which options in the logging tool will get me the data Im looking for?

    I was also wondering if there is any documentation available with suggested logging options when trying to diagnose various types of issues?

  • Hi URNVS,

    If you start with SIP Stack all flags, all information that will be a good start.  I'm not aware of any documentation that has a breakdown of when each setting should be used.
