When it was working well, launching poweshell or powershell ISE will give a PS > prompt for entering commands.
No prompt now and no cursor. So, I cannot enter any command. No error.
However, I opened up command prompt and entered 'powershell -version 2.0'. It gives the prompt to me without problem.
I am using Windows 10 version 1903.
The laptop is company managed. I checked the last update was on 19-Jun. So, I don't think it is an update causing problem.
Please help. I am administrator and I use powershell script a lot. Thank you in advance.
