    Hi,

    I am trying to find a way to manage my Azure AD groups. There seem to exist a lot of unused groups, but no way to organize them properly. 

    Kindly help.

    If you are asking in general, Leon Laude's reply is probably the most relevant.  This can also be done with MIM using the Azure Graph management agent.  After you have that configured, management of Azure AD groups should be pretty much the same as AD on prem groups.
