Help with generating email notification RRS feed

  • I need help figuring out why I can't get email notifications to generate. When a new user is created, I need email to be sent to manager with login information.

    I already created the workflow, MPR, Sets, and Email template.

  • You can go to the request history and check if your MPR is being applied an if it is then you need to check if the WF is finishing successfully. If there is any problem in sending mail, it would get logged in FIM Service event log as well.

  • In the MIM Service Config file have you set the path to the Exchange server that is running the Exchange Web Service as MIM uses this in conjunction with a mailbox for the MIM Service Account to process Email Notifications
