Mail issue

    Question

  • We are not receive mail from our client those using Exchange servers but they are able to receive our mails.

  • Hello Sysadmin,

    Thanks for contacting our forum firstly.

    Given your issue, could you please help to verify the following information for further troubleshooting?

    Do you use Exchange as you mail server?

    Make sure your client can send messages to other domains. If it can't the issue maybe as the client Exchange server side, and we need to check the send connector settings and DNS settings, make sure all the services and components are running correctly. We can also check if the client Exchange server side has received any NDR messages if yes, please post out in detail. We can also check the SMTP log on the Exchange server to see if the message sent to you from the Exchange server has any protocol errors.

    On the other side, if the message sent successfully and we cannot receive it, please check if this issue affect all of the messages or specific mails, check if any rule blocking the messages or our mail server has problems in receiving messages.

    Please also tell us the client Exchange server version and your mail server version.
