Exchange mail flow issue RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We have exchange 2016 DAG, some tim emails are getting bounce back, but if i resend the same email it ll get deliver without any error, 

    for reference please find the below error.

    abcd@test.com) Your message wasn't delivered due to a permission or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the address may only accept email from certain senders, or another restriction may be preventing delivery.

    Based on the error message it seems there is no issue with your exchange server .

    Looks like the device "elayemea2.hes.trendmicro.eu." is rejecting your message .

  • Hi Yesar Altaf,

    The error 554 5.7.1 generally is a rejection from recipient domain because the sender's address doesn't have sufficient permission or is invalid. Please verify if your IP address is in any blacklist.
