Devices getting Non Compliant Status after deploy a General Policy RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Few devices have got Non-compliant Status in In-tune after deployed General Policy under Office 365 Security & Compliance. if Non Compliant Device get deleted from in-tune and when we registered with company portal again, we are facing the following two issue, 

    1) All contacts detail's which stored in Mobile got erased.

    2) when we try to redeploy Native client again, message will pop-up there should be a old version already installed.

    However, we can installed outlook on effected mobile devices after we registered and device will show up as Complaint.

    below are the process which we have followed with screenshots,

    Deployed general policy to O365_Users group from Office 365. O365_Users group include all the cloud users.

    After we deployed there are few non-compliant devices in In-tune.

    Appreciate a help to resolve this issue.

    we have enabled required for selective wipe on IOS. Disabling that have worked. hope any one will help.
