Windows 7 Icon bug RRS feed

  • Question

  • Move our mouse cursor to the bottom left corner of the window. (make sure the superbar/taskbar is on bottom too) Once the mouse is on the bottom corner (remember, it must be completely on the bottom) right click. Click away from the right click menu.
You then see that the Windows icon keeps glowing until hovered over again.

  • Hi,

Normally, there is no "away" from the right click menu.

To make it clear, pls record the steps using Psr.exe and collect the saved data so that we can perform further research. You can upload the collected files to SkyDrive, and let me know the URL by replying this thread. For detailed steps on how to upload files with SkyDrive, please refer to:

The above Windows Live ID is ONLY for collecting troubleshooting information. Please do NOT send your questions to it. For any new questions, please post in the forums so that more MSFT, MVP and community members can help you.
