delete emails from mailbox in exchange shell RRS feed

  • We have more than 100 users who have mail items in their mailbox from 2004.

    We need to run a script or cmd in exchange shell to delete mail items in mailbox older than 400 days, we need to export these deleted emails to a PST file.

    can we run these jobs in batches of 10 users?

  • Hi Sphilip,

    I recommend you consider using Outlook AutoArchive as this is a easy way to achieve your requirement .

    You can configure to archive the old items and move the old item to a pst file.
