Self Service Portal Page long loading time RRS feed

  • Hello,

    Our portal page takes a minute or two to load up in the browser when visiting. Overall navigation is slow. The page is currently using https port 443. Any suggestions to speed up the performance of the webpage? We have a secure cert from 3rd party installed correctly (no cert warnings when entering the page).

  • We have the same issue , as we have SP1 with the implementation of virtual and physical server with 4GB for virtual and 4 GB for physical ,and we didn't go to production yet

    any suggestion ?

  • Hello ramos,

    We had our servers at 4gb for the sm server and 8gb for the dw server, both virtual. We bumped our memory for the service manager server to 6gb since the sql process was using about 3gb of ram alone. Our loading time was reduced to around 10 seconds. Hope this helps.
