Automatically move meeting requests in Outlook RRS feed

    My delegates action meeting requests that come in for me.

    However, I still have the meeting request showing in my inbox even after the delegate has accepted or declined the request.

    Is there a way (possibly a rule?) that I can use to automatically move these already actioned items so that I do not need to see them?

    Hi Dehbi,

    As far as I know, there may be no option to do this.

    As a workaround, you can set "My delegates only" in your Outlook so that the meeting requests will be sent only to your delegate if all the meetings are processed by your delegate.

    You may also set a rule to delete meeting requests but you can still find them from Deleted Items if you need to check from time to time.
