Contact gone from address book but still on phone

    Question

  • I have a user who says a contact went missing from Outlook but is still on the phone. We confirmed that the contact on the phone is synced with Exchange Activesync, not his gmail account.

    What would cause this and is there a way to sync the contacts back from the phone to O365? He use the Outlook app on his phone.
