    Hello my friend,

    please help me, for bellow error when i start front end service in Skype for business 2015 on windows server 2012r2.

    Hi Rafeiee Abbas,

    Could you provide us the event ID in front-end server event viewer in order to know the issue clearly?

    What do you do before this issue happened?

    When you do some updates for Skype for Business server, it may cause the front-end service fails to start if something fails or multiple servers are in different CU versions.

    If this happens, please open the update installer to check the patch installation status.

    As we know, for a front-end pool to remain in a working quorum state, the front-end server services that are used to manage the pool’s quorum must not be under 85% of the pool’s capacity, or quorum state could be lost. The front-end service would not start properly.

    For such error, execute the following command to reset the quorum state:

    Reset-CsPoolRegistrarState -PoolFqdn "pool.domain.com" -ResetType QuorumLossRecovery

    Moreover, if the front-end server fails to connect to the Back-End database, the Front-End service cannot start. For this scenario, please monitor the state of the SQL Server.

    Hi Rafeiee Abbas,

    Do you uninstall the cumulative update 6.0.9319.55 (KB3061059) for Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015 Front End servers and Edge servers?

    This article said that RTCSRV service cannot be started after you uninstall Skype for Business Server 2015 Front End servers and Edge servers update. Hope it will be helpful.
