    Errors.

    How to fix these errors?

    Power Policy:Power Plan Personality is High Performance (Plugged In)
    The current power plan personality is High Performance when the system is plugged in.
    Power Policy:Sleep timeout is disabled (Plugged In)
    The computer is not configured to automatically sleep after a period of inactivity.
    Power Policy:Disk idle is disabled (Plugged In)
    The disk is not configured to turn off after a period of disk inactivity.
    Power Policy:Minimum processor performance state is 100% (Plugged In)
    The processor is not configured to automatically reduce power consumption based on activity.
    Power Policy:PCI Express ASPM is disabled (Plugged In)
    The current power policy for PCI Express Active State Power Management (ASPM) is configured to Off.

    Did you enconter the problem that you can't go in to sleep mode? Please tell us the specifc problem you encountered.

    From the report, we can see that computer does not enter sleep mode and your CPU cannot enter the lowest power states because USB selective suspend is not working.

    However, we can also see that some power policies have been applied to keep your machine awake even you are in inactivity mode. If you have set these policies, go to disable them.

    If the problem isn’t fixed by disable the policy , here are some suggestions you may try to fix the problem:

    1.Go to Troubleshooting in search bar and select power troubleshooter.

    2.Go to update your firmware and make sure your system is up to date. Go to Control Panel>windows update>check for updates

    3.Go to Power Options">Choose between "Balanced" or "High-Performance" then click "Change Plan Settings".>"Change advanced power settings">expand "USB Settings" then select "Disable" for "USB Selective Suspend"> save.

    4.Go to Device Manager and find Device, which Device ID is USB\VID_1532&PID_0502&MI_00

    Go to "Power Management" tab then tick the box for "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".>Save>reboot your machine.

    5.Run sfc /scannow in cmd as administrator to fix the corrupted system components.

    6.Run the command as administrator :

    powercfg -REQUESTSOVERRIDE DRIVER "driver name" SYSTEM

    powercfg -REQUESTSOVERRIDE DRIVER " driver name”

    To specific driver name, you should find the device ID, which is under the details tab.
